Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LLMWeave ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LLMWeave is a multi-model LLM orchestration platform that lets you submit prompts to multiple AI language models, synthesize responses through an AI judge, continue any weave or workflow with follow-up questions in a chain conversation, generate images and videos on paid plans, attach supported files on paid plans, export weave results to Markdown, PDF, DOCX, and PPTX, build custom workflows in The Loom, organize weaves into Projects, save Personas, collaborate on Team plans, enable live web search, and review weave history.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining account security, all activity under your account, and accurate current account information.

4. Plans and Billing

LLMWeave offers monthly and yearly subscriptions, one-time day/week passes, and credit packs.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions (Pro, Pro+, Team) provide platform features and are billed through our third-party payment processor.
  • Team plans include owner-managed per-member credit allocations.
  • Upgrades apply immediately with prorated charges and prorated included credits where applicable.
  • Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current billing period, with no partial refund for unused time.
  • You may cancel through account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • If payment fails, premium features are suspended until payment is resolved.

Credits

  • Premium model usage consumes credits from your available personal balance or, while you are a Team member, from the active Team allocation assigned to you.
  • While your account belongs to a Team, Team allocations are the only credits you may spend, and BYOK is unavailable. Personal credits and previously connected API keys remain on your account but cannot be used until you leave or are removed from the Team.
  • Non-owner Team members cannot buy personal credits, passes, or personal subscriptions while they are on a Team. Team owners may buy credits into the Team pool and owners/admins may allocate available Team credits to members.
  • Credit pack purchases are generally added promptly after purchase.
  • Estimated cost appears before you Weave; actual cost and per-model breakdown appear after completion.
  • When actual cost exceeds the credits reserved at the start of a run, the difference is charged at finalization. For Team plans, member overages are charged to the Team owner's credit balance. If the relevant credit balance cannot cover an overage, the balance may go negative. While a balance is negative, no new paid runs are permitted until enough credits are added to bring the balance back above zero. A negative balance is an internal usage gate, not a debt collectible outside the Service.
  • Credit purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • If you downgrade to Free, existing credits are retained for premium model usage when your account is not governed by a Team allocation.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at contact@llmweave.com before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks without first contacting us may result in suspension, forfeiture of remaining credits, and a permanent ban.

Free Tier

Free-tier models are available at no cost and are subject to rate limits, availability, and limits that we may change at our discretion.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of prompts and files you submit. By using the Service, you grant LLMWeave a license to process prompts, store prompts/files/results, pass attached files to third-party LLM providers, and display your history back to you. When you continue a Weave or workflow in a chain conversation, content from earlier turns in the same chain may be used as context for subsequent turns to maintain conversational continuity. We do not use your prompts, uploaded files, or generated outputs to train any model.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI responses are provided "as is." AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them, and outputs should not replace professional advice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for harmful, illegal, abusive, infringing, spam, phishing, fraudulent, exploitative, or policy-evading activity; to access other users' accounts or data; to bypass limits or billing; to abuse bugs; to train or benchmark competing products without permission; to resell access or credits; to upload malware or unlawful files; or to induce outputs that violate provider policies.

8. Platform Protection and Credit Integrity

To keep the Service fair, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts; void or deduct credits, subscription time, or promotional allowances obtained through fraud, error, exploit, chargeback, stolen payment methods, or Terms violations; refuse or reverse abusive transactions; block abuse signals; recover amounts owed; and cooperate with law enforcement as permitted by law. Credits and allowances are a limited, revocable license to use the Service and have no cash value outside the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

LLMWeave routes prompts to third-party LLM providers through a routing provider and depends on third-party AI model providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and other services. Their terms, policies, uptime, pricing, outputs, and data practices are outside our control. Current subprocessors are disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect information.

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific uptime, or service-level commitments. We may modify, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account through Settings → Danger Zone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon deletion or termination, active subscriptions are canceled, stored data is removed, remaining credits are forfeited, and the action cannot be undone. Surviving sections remain in effect.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT, OUTPUTS, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We make no warranty that the Service will meet expectations, be uninterrupted or error-free, produce accurate or safe AI outputs, or be free of harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LLMWEAVE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim or $100.00. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they apply only to the extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LLMWeave, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use or misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms or law, violation of third-party rights, submitted content, third-party disputes, or fraud, abuse, or exploits attributable to you.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Legal actions must be brought exclusively in Delaware state or federal courts. YOU AND LLMWEAVE MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, epidemics, utility or internet failures, third-party outages, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes.

18. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement.
  • Severability. Unenforceable provisions do not affect the rest.
  • No Waiver. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without consent; we may assign them.
  • No Agency. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created.
  • Export Controls. You agree to comply with applicable export and sanctions laws.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will update the Last updated date and, where appropriate, be communicated through the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
