Introduction
LLMWeave ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect email address, sign-in method, and display name if provided.
Content You Create
We store prompts, Weave results, workflow configurations, Projects, Personas, generated images and videos you produce, document exports you create, settings, preferences, and related content needed to provide the service.
Chain Conversations
When you continue a Weave or workflow with follow-up questions, content from earlier turns in the same chain is stored alongside the new turns and may be used as context for subsequent turns to maintain conversational continuity.
Files You Upload
For paid plans, we store uploaded files in private storage, processed file content, and metadata such as filename, type, size, and processing details. Reads are gated by authenticated sessions or signed time-limited URLs. Attached files are generally retained for 10 days on Pro and Pro+ and 30 days on Team. Unattached uploads are generally deleted within 24 hours.
Teams
If you are part of a team, team members, owners, and admins may view team-visible content. Owners and admins may see credit usage, Weave counts, allocation status, invites, and membership data needed for team administration.
Legal Acceptance
When you sign up, we record timestamp and version of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy you accepted.
Usage Data
We collect token usage, model selection, cost data, and credit transactions for billing, transparency, and service operation.
Payment Information
We store payment processor customer ID, subscription status, and credit balance. We never store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment instruments.
API Keys (BYOK)
If you connect an OpenRouter API key, it is encrypted before storage. We never log or display it in plaintext, and you can disconnect it at any time.
How We Use Your Information
We use information to provide and maintain the service, route prompts and uploaded files to third-party LLM providers through our routing provider, synthesize and store Weave results, track usage for billing and credit management, send account-related emails, and improve the service.
Web Search
Web search is optional and available to paid users. When enabled, model search queries and results pass through our LLM routing provider and an underlying search provider, each of which may process data under their own policies.
Third-Party Services
We use OpenRouter for LLM routing, Supabase for database hosting and authentication, Cloudflare for CDN, hosting, and DDoS protection, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for transactional email delivery.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with LLM providers through our routing provider, service providers needed to operate the service, and where required by law.
Your Rights
You may access account data, export Weaves, workflows, Personas, generated images and videos, document exports, and credit transactions, delete your account, rectify profile and settings information, and view transaction history. For requests not covered in product, contact contact@llmweave.com.
Data Retention
Uploaded files follow the file retention schedule above. Other account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and removed within 30 days of account deletion.
Security
We use encrypted connections, secure authentication, and access controls. No measure is 100% effective; if a material security incident affects personal data, we will notify affected users as required by law.
International Data Transfers
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you acknowledge data may be processed outside your country of residence.
Regional Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, California, or another jurisdiction with equivalent laws, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the website.
